International joint seminar: "Higher Education in Asia and IPPM" (March 6th, 2019)

There has been an unprecedented increased in all forms of academic mobility. A recent emerging form is international program and providers mobility (IPPM). The new models and modes of delivery such as joint universities, twining, and double degrees programs, international branch campuses, franchise arrangements, and MOOCS are emerging.
The seminar invites Dr. Jane Knight of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto as the keynote lecturer. The seminar will also have panel discussion by Dr. Jane knight, Dr. Kuroda (Waseda University), Dr. Kitamura (University of Tokyo) and Mr. Sato (the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology).
