Basic Agreement on Collaboration and Cooperation Concluded with Tokyo University of Foreign Studies

On March 20, Nagaoka University of Technology concluded the "Basic Agreement on Collaboration and Cooperation" with Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. The fundamental agreement is intended to promote collaboration and cooperation between the two universities in promotion of international collaboration, utilization of facilities and equipment at home and abroad, joint implementation of project studies and symposia, transfer of credits, education and research guidance for students, etc.
The signing ceremony for the agreement, which took place at Nagaoka University of Technology, was attended by the responsible parties from both universities, including Dr. Koichi Niihara, President of NUT, and Dr. Hirotaka Tateishi, President of TUFS. The presidents of the two universities signed the agreement and shook hands firmly.
Both universities were selected for MEXT "Top Global University Project (Global Traction Type)" last year. We will further promote international development with collaboration through the agreement.
