Division for Global Education is pleased to announce the Global Campus Event, "NAIST Tea Time #17", aimed at strengthening our campus community ties and fostering mutual understanding and familiarity among NAIST's diverse faculty, staff, and students.

 

"NAIST Tea Time" is a casual, interactive, and educational event with refreshments from different cultures. This time the event is open to NAIST international and Japanese students.

Muslim Religion & Culture

 This Tea Time's theme is the Muslim religion and its culture. Not only is Islam the second largest religion today, but also a large percentage of the international population here is Muslim. A Muslim specialist will speak along with one international student about Muslim history, culture, etc. We hope this will be at an opportunity to learn and gain insight about Islam and Muslim life.
